2) Hosting and website platform (Squarespace)

This website is hosted and provided via the Squarespace platform. Squarespace processes personal data on our behalf for hosting, website delivery, security, and—if enabled—website analytics.

Squarespace’s Data Processing Addendum (DPA) forms part of the Squarespace terms.

3) Data processed when you visit the website (server logs)

When you access the website, technical data is processed automatically, including:

  • IP address

  • date/time of access

  • requested page/URL

  • referrer URL

  • browser type/version, operating system, language settings

  • device information and similar technical data

Purpose: website delivery, stability, IT security, troubleshooting, and preventing abuse.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests), namely operating a secure and reliable website.

4) Cookies, consent, and Squarespace Analytics

Squarespace sets necessary cookies required for core website functionality and security. If you consent, Squarespace also sets analytics/performance cookies to populate Squarespace Analytics (e.g., unique visitors and traffic sources).

a) Necessary cookies

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests) and applicable national rules permitting strictly necessary storage/access to provide the requested service.

b) Analytics/performance cookies (Squarespace Analytics) — only with consent

We use Squarespace Analytics (built-in) to understand how visitors use the website and to improve it.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

c) Managing or withdrawing consent

On your first visit, you can choose your cookie preferences in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Manage cookies” option shown on the website (cookie settings/privacy panel).

5) Contacting us

Purpose: handling your inquiry and, if applicable, taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performing a contract.

Squarespace may process data in countries outside the EU/EEA (including the United States). Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses), as described in Squarespace’s DPA/Privacy information.

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and as required by statutory retention obligations.

  • Server log data: retained as required for security and operational purposes

  • Contact inquiries: retained for as long as needed to process the request and comply with legal obligations
